now reselect ALL of the canvas - now assuming the old and new file are the same canvas size, you can paste that second copy into the new file with the correct placement. then copy and paste immediately in the same file, so it becomes its own layer. Select the area you want to paste in the other work. I don’t rememvber there being a way to place things in the same spot, but here’s a small workaround: What usually happens when anything is copied from one canvas and pasted to another, is that the piece is placed in the upper left corner by default. I’m curious what “certain spot” you meant, so if you want, you can specify that. Hello! I can assure you that it is not a silly problem. I don't remember this being a problem before, I think, but is there a possible way to have it so it'll be pasted in the same area where it was originally on the first? (assuming both canvases are the same size) This probably sounds like a silly problem, but when I select a certain spot from one canvas and then paste it onto another canvas, it ends up being placed at the upper left corner for some reason. I hope some of these help and if not, maybe some of the readers here can chime in via comments or reblogs. These are all the things I can think of at the moment. If those don’t work, you can check Everything Firealpaca for something similar:
Firealpaca tumblr install#
Check if you have two folders here in this direactory, one named Firealpaca 64, the other should just be Firealpaca:Ĭopy the original firealpaca to your USB drive temporarily, then go to uninstall apps and uninstall it (64 and 32 should be separate, you can check from the install dates if they are not named separately) It shouldn’t, because the files are user local files, but again, it might be trying to avoid problems between 64bit and 32bit versions of the program.ģ. If you see two with the same name, it might be that Firealpaca created two confiq folders.

You can also open the “Brush.ini” file in notepad. Go to: Help > Open Confiq folder and check if in the Brushes folders, you can see your original brush bitmaps.
Firealpaca tumblr software#
this just means that it’s up-to-date compared to other software which has also moved to 64bit software structure.
Firealpaca tumblr update#
If your last update was from before February 2018, it might be that you have something before version 2.0, where Firealpaca code was updated to 64bit version.

Hi, sorry to get to you so late, I already wrote a version of this, but tumblr deleted it when I tried to post it, so I will make a shorter version for now: Even if I download brushes from the store, I can only use the current brush (ie the one I just downloaded) and I cannot find the previous brush. But now I can't find the list of brushes or my existing brushing. I haven't used the program in a while and I updated it recently (firealpaca/desktop PC).
